Rate: $4.25
-Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
-Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
-Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
-Schedule and coordinate access and closing process.
-Input all client information into client database system and CRM (Podio)
-Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.
-Communicate with buyers and sellers.
-Do other high level assistant projects.
Qualifications
- Ideally with experience in the same field - not less than 1 year.
- Exemplary English communication skills.

- Desktop PC / Laptop (at least 4gb RAM)
- Internet Speed (DSL/Fiber) at least 5Mbps download / 1Mbps upload
- Headset with noise cancelling feature
